• To increase awareness of the performance and profitablity improvement and business mentoring activities of Lean-U Exec-Attach and to  increase the number and calibre of Associates performing these activities
• To offer the Global Ceramic Industry a One-stop-shop capability for Consultancy services related to raw materials, brand building / marketing, manufacturing improvements, process developments and training under the Ceram-U business.
• To intensify existing customer relationships and strengthen its’ customer base.
• To Bolster and help grow, the superior market position of Lean Business Solutions Ltd in Lean Interventions

Corporate Social Responsibility

Lean-U Ltd subscribes and commits itself voluntarily to assisting the local community in which it is based. Its’ MD sits as Chair of Hove Edge Scout Group and heads its’ fundraising team ‘The Heffas’ .

The MD of Lean-U also advises/mentors the head of care services for the Forget-me-not Trust in Huddersfield.
