Lean-U is a progressive Change Management and Business Improvement Specialist that assists businesses to become more efficient and create a step-change in performance.

1. Lean-U Exec-Attach – working with private companies, usually at Board level, to identify general business critical areas for improvement. As the name suggests, an Executive is attached to the business for a week per month, a day per week, a day per month. We will work very closely with you to identify the most efficient and added value service level that you require. The Executive then stays with the business to assist in the long term implementation of those improvement and/or change activities to improve performance. Any specific ‘Lean’ activities, undertaken as a result of these interventions, is performed in association with LBS.

Lean Manufacturing – working with the Manufacturing Advisory Service and as an Associate of the highly respected company, Lean Business Solutions Limited, www.lean-business-solutions.co.uk  to deliver targeted and specialised Lean Manufacturing assistance to Manufacturers throughout Yorkshire and the Humber and East Midlands. This sector can benefit from significant Government Assistance for their Improvement Initiatives.
   
   A recent example of our capabilities has been demonstrated within the bathroom industry – Under the Division ‘Ceram-U’™  working with companies Worldwide to improve their performance in manufacturing capability, people skills and outsourcing.
